*A $200 deposit is required prior to your initial appointment. After you and your medical provider determine a suitable plan based on your health needs, an enrollment fee will be applied. Both the deposit and the enrollment fee will go toward your membership, with the remaining balance divided into 12 monthly payments.

  • At Solutions, our focus is tackling health issues at their source. Instead of merely treating symptoms, we use cutting-edge, science-based lab testing to identify and address the root causes of your concerns since wellness is more than the absence of disease. Prioritizing accurate testing over guesswork provides effective disease prevention and reversal solutions to your symptoms. In our practice, much of the time and effort dedicated to your care happens outside of your scheduled appointment. This includes analyzing lab results, reviewing tests, and developing personalized treatment plans. These tasks are crucial for ensuring we provide the most accurate and effective care, but they are not always visible during your visit. Our enhanced practice model allows us to better account for this comprehensive behind-the-scenes work and continue to deliver high-quality, personalized healthcare. We care about results and we care about helping you succeed.

  • Lab Tests: We offer advanced functional medicine diagnostics including gut microbiome, hormones, cortisol, mold, toxins, food sensitivities, breath tests, and many more at direct, transparent rates. We will guide you in selecting the most relevant tests for your unique situation, help you interpret the results, and use the data to create an actionable plan. This means no more wasted time or money on irrelevant tests. Instead, you'll gain valuable insights into your body and a personalized plan based on meaningful data.

    Supplements: All medical plan members will have the option to receive a discount on supplements purchased from our clinic. Additionally, we provide links to our online supplement stores, allowing you to have your prescribed supplements delivered directly to your home. We offer these supplements to ensure access to high-quality, professional-grade products that have been thoroughly tested.

    • Download and complete our new patient packet from our website. If you have any questions, please call the office at 901-853-6428 and one of our patient care coordinators will assist you.

    • Once your packet has been returned and approved, then a Coordinator will call to schedule your extensive New Patient Consultation appointment. We require a non-refundable deposit of $200 to secure the appointment, which will be applied toward a medical plan.

    • Following your consultation, you will have blood drawn at our facility. Afterwards, you will meet with a Coordinator to discuss the medical plan recommended by your provider as the best fit for you. They will also schedule your lab review appointment and any additional follow-up appointments, as well as answer any questions you might have.

    • If you have been seen as a medical patient at Solutions in the last 14 months, you do not have to fill out a new health history form.

    • If you wish to join the plan that your medical provider has recommended, a non-refundable deposit of $200 will be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the medical plan.

    • After your appointment, you'll have your blood drawn at our facility, as usual.

    • Afterwards, you will meet with a Coordinator to discuss the medical plan recommended by your provider as the best fit for you. They will also schedule your lab review appointment and any additional follow-up appointments, as well as answer any questions you might have.

    • If you have any questions, please call the office at 901-853-6428 and one of our patient care coordinators will assist you.

  • Testing may include blood, stool, urine, saliva, or hair samples to provide information about a variety of systems, including metabolic, nutritional, endocrine, gastrointestinal, hormonal, immune, genetic, detoxification, and others. Examples include:
